Yes. Every rental includes a maximum weight allowance. We’ll confirm your limit and any per-ton overage rate when you book. Keep everything below the fill line, and call us before loading heavy materials so we can help you avoid additional weight charges.

You’ll choose a start and end date when you book, with daily, weekly, and monthly rentals available. Need more time? Call us before your scheduled end date. All extensions require prior approval and may include an additional fee.

A deposit reserves your dumpster, and the remaining balance is due on or before delivery. Your quoted price includes delivery and pickup. Additional charges only apply to overweight loads or approved rental extensions.

Tell us where you’d like the dumpster placed at the delivery address, whether that’s a driveway, job site, or back lot. Once delivered, it must remain on that property for the entire rental. Need it moved? Give us a call, and we’ll handle it.

Keep a clear path open for the truck on both delivery and pickup day. Because the roll-off is loaded from the back, the driver needs plenty of room to line up. Please don’t park in front of the dumpster or block access at any point during your rental.

We’ll check that the placement area is safe before setting down the dumpster, and we can place boards beneath the rails if requested. Please point out septic lines, sprinkler systems, soft ground, or anything else we should avoid. EZ Waste is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or other property.

Going the other way, damage to the outside of the bin during your rental is billed to you, so keep it clear of vehicles and equipment.
